I was wondering if someone could post the weblink for a good website that tells you what programs start up in Windows. I had this weblink in my favorites but it was deleted when I formatted my computer and I did not back up my favorites list. Thanks in advance

The "My Documents" folder does not show up from within any program when try to use "save as" etc or where I have to browse to the folder. Its no marked as hidden and always shows up in Windows Explorer Why is it missing in other software?
