In my program files/accessories folder there is a file
named mspcx32. It is a 52kb file and under type it says
virus infected file. There is also an mscps32.dll
application file. The file says 12/8/2001. What should I

I'm running an older system with 98SE.  I tried to go into
regedit, and the error message reads "Registry Editing has
been disabled by your administrator."  Problem is, I
should be the administrator.

Hi,  I am having trouble with my graphics. The pixels are
too large and the pictures and other graphics look
