When the computer is turned on all it does is go to the
first screen and detect the primary hard drive and halts
there.

I want to set up a password when I start up Windows 98.  I
can only find how to change a password and it ask for the
old password.  I never set up an old password so how can I
find the old password to change to a new one?  any one

To whoever can help:  I work at a Doctor's office in
Easton, MD and we recently ordered an HP5550 scanner to
scan lab reports and whatnot.  Unfortunately, we found all
computers with Windows 98 or better had all USB ports

My Recycle Bin has lost its ability to delete files. Now
it behaves just like any other folder. When I try to
delete files inside the Bin it just says that the files
are beeing sent to the Recycle Bin (i.e. to itself).
