my computer had some virus and I used some virus software to clean
them but probably also deleted some files by accident.

1st problem: when restart the computer, i get following three error

I turned on my PC the other day and the only thing in the start/programs
group is the startup folder and it is empty. I have no idea what happened.
All my programs are still on the computer and can be run from the Windows
Explorer. My anti virus software did not detect any viruses. ...

This problem is well discussed in Google and occurred after upgrading IE
from 5.5 to 6.0.  It has to do with the Browseui.dll file.  Has there been
a fix from MS as yet?

also Norton Antivirus will not start on the desktop.
Have reloaded Windows, reloaded system files, but no luck.
