I went to IRS webpage and I needed to download a publication. I tried it with notepad and I got jiberish then there is a box that says always usee this file and I unclicked it but since it didn't work I tried it again

My computer is having trouble reading messages on MSN and some other programs. It gives me all squares in place of the letters. How can I get the computer to read the codes?

Hi After installing MSN 9 I am getting an error stating MSING32.DLL is damaged, I receive this after my system restarts, Then when I double click the butterfly Icon I get an error about MSNMETAL.DLL is missing 0x00000485.

Friend had to put a new monitor in, but when it starts up, nothing. You have to unplug it and plug it in when windows starts. I have changed the drivers to a plug and play, but still dont' work. Tried a different monitor same thing.
