My son used the recovery disk and now we can't find the
product key to enter so that Windows can work. Anyone know
where I can find this info or bypass it? thanks !!!!

After installing Norton Anti-Virus Sustem Works, I
performed the obligatry restart, ONLY the computer won't
let me access windows, it says that something has been
unistalled from windows.

my firewall keeps asking me if i want to let msrexe.exe
access the internet.  not being sure of what it is i don't
allow it to do that.  the computer seems to work fine

My computer locks up at 12:00am every day.  When
pressing "Ctrl Alt Delete" I see Robot [Not Responding].  
I can end this task and have control of the computer again.
