Hi I have a delldimensions XPS T450 when I turn the
monitor on Dells logo comes on the screen  for about 2
seconds then when Im press the tower button the screen
goes completly black with a little white dash in left hand

Until recently, I could always drag and drop programs or
folders from the Programs part of the Start Menu. And if I
right click, I got the sub-menu, and could delete unwanted
etc.
