Hi I have a delldimensions XPS T450 when I turn the
monitor on Dells logo comes on the screen  for about 2
seconds then when Im press the tower button the screen
goes completly black with a little white dash in left hand

I finished setting-up a new partition on my "d" (not "c")
drive then shut-down then tryed to boot but during booting

I re-installed Office 97 and had problems accessing the right dictionary ..
I need English/Canadian or English/UK spelling not the American style of
spelling which is automatically installed (I believe).  I changed the
language option in keyboard settings (through control panel) to

Have an old Packard Bell Monitor.I can adjust the vertical
size of the screen but not the horizontal with the
monitors adjustment buttons.No horizontal adjustment

The ability to create a folder in W98SE has disappeared.
Cannot do it in My Documents, Windows Explorer, the
desktop, or any other method.  Any help out there?

I uninstalled my old Norton AV program and had Norton
AntiVirus 2004 installed. I have the Norton icon in the
systray. (The only other icon in the systray is Volume).
On Msconfig's startup tab there are five items checked
