Just before desktop normally comes up, instead i get a
cursor in the left upper corner, hangs right there. Anyone

My NAV 2004 intercepted a trojan horse and I have dlm.exe
as it's association. It is quarantined. Should I try to

I have a dual operating system with Win98 and Windows
XP.  I found out how to go from Windows XP to Windows 98,
but now I can't get back to Windows XP (which is where I
want the default set.

My computer opens an error message BXXS5dll missing.  
What can I do to get rid of this?

When I scandisk it shows over 300MB of data in "hidden
files." How can I delete these files? I have gone into
folder options to show all files, but how can I find them
to delete?

When I try to load a program from an installation CD, the
computer locks up when files are transferred to the HDD.  
It happens on any program I try to load.  Scan Disk and
Defrag show no problems with the HDD.  Any suggestions?
