I installed Norton System Works 2003 on a W98SE PC and now the subject line occurs every time that the PC attempts to reboot. Fails in Safe Mode also. Is there a way to find and fix the problem? Thanks...

Does anyone have a copy of this update? The KB refers me to MS support, but the page mechanism drops out when I give it my Win98SE OEM number, presumeably because they don't support OEM versions.
