I'm new to computing and was recently given a second hand
model with windows 98 installed. Every time I boot it up
the windows folder opens and stays on the screen. I can
easily get rid of it by clicking the "x" at the top right

My Add/Remove progam list contains an entry called Locked
Programs.  I cannot find this listed in the Programs list
using Explorer.  ANyone know what it is, where it came
from and can I just delete it using Remove Program?

I have two problems with my pc (Win 98 SE) that result in
basically the same thing.
My Computer: When I double click, it opens just fine. Next
I double click the C Drive icon, and this opens just fine.

Is this right?  It wants me to upgrade realplayer, and the realplayer site
won't give me the upgrade.  I thought maybe I had hit a wrong icon or

Xitel Digital PC Link to my USB port. I am running windows
98. But I do not have my windows CD. Is there someplace
where I can download the needed drivers?

I accidentally deleted a program called KLE&PLE from my
computer and now the display is all out of whack.  The
only Windows CD that I can find is from an older version
of Windows 98 - does anyone know that if I re-install this
