I started getting these a few days back, one when Windows is loading is: fatal exception OE occured at 0028:00000017 I noticed a different one yesterday that read: fatal exception OE occured at 028:C0006F22 VXD:VMM(01) + 00005F22 (I think I was in MS explorer when I got this one)
