I got the Wtools page fault on 5-18-04 and still can't get
rid of it. Deleting temporary internet files is a laugh -

Don't know if it means anything, but I only get this when
I'm starting my pc, or playing games on the desktop. But
once I get in Outlook Express or Internet Explorer, I can
close the wtoolsa dialog box and it doesn't come back
