All of a sudden I get the subject error message every time I boot up. I'm using the AntiVirus portion of Norton System Works 2002 on a Windows 98 Machine. Despite the error message I am still able to successfully scan for virus's.

When I try to switch on my computer, everything is normal until the final screen when I get the error message: Explorer has performed an illegal operation and will close. I then just have a blank screen.
