This is an intermittent problem. When computer has been on overnight or on standby for some hours, I am unable to bring the display on the monitor back up. The only way is to turn off the computer. The computer is still running

I'm having a problem trying to get any new browser window to open at a larger size. I thought by continually resizing, eventually Windows Internet explorer accepted the new size.

I'm running Win98SE, I only have 39% free of the system resources and I'm sure that's not very good, is it? How can I free up any resources? Will it help to delete unnecessary files? Like C\windows\temp or \temporary internet files? Is there any others that are safe to delete?

Is Rundll32 a required thing to run? My daughter closes it every time she gets on the computer because she thinks it causes system resources to go low. Is this OK to do? Or is there a better alternative?

I am attemptimg to install Win98 on a 3.0GHz machine with a partitioned hard drive. XP is on the other partition. Have met the disk size limitations but can still not get a successful install. Is there a procesor restriction?
