My windows 98se wont recognize my cd drives upon start up
and wont recognize them to re install them. What should I
do. Help

I am running Windows 98se and I rebooted earlier and it
will not go through the whole startup process.
It hangs.  The bar still runs across at the bottom, but it
will never get past that screen.

I am trying to install a corporate font and the option to do so does not appear as stated in the help file.  I go to Control Panel-Fonts and it says that intall new font should be listed under file, instead it has the choices of Windows explorer.

The image on my computer looks as if it vibrates back and forth real fast
and creates a blurry image.  Then it will stabilize and I can read what is
on the screen again.  I have removed and re-installed the drivers for the
monitor, S3 Virge PCI [325], but to no avail.  Can someone ...

When I right-click on any dll file, I see the context menu start with
the following four items:
