   I need the Window 98 DDK. I saw that it is available for download from
MSDN subscription. Is possible to purchase the Window 98 DDK alone without
taking MSDN subscription. If it is let somebody tell me where.

When booting up, the splash screen and background comes up
and a message stating that Explorer has commited an
illegal action and will be shut down.  That is as far as I
