I've been using the Internet for 6 months or so and it was
working real good for me, but lately if I bring up a page,
my computer freezes.  I've been told by a friend that I
need to clean up my hard drive.  How do I do this? Please

Suddenly I am having problems with my USB devices. In the

I've got a hp laserjet 1300 hooked up by usb cable to my
windows 98 computer, but the computer doesn't have a usb
port listed under printer properties.  there is a usb

I have been deleting folder on my harddrive that I had
created and also deleteing file and folder in my recycle
bin.  Some files were too big for the recycle drive, so I
just had them deleted.

I've some excel and word files saved on win2k server. When
I opened them by windows explorer on win98 or winME, the
PCs will hang sometimes(3-5 times per day or twice a
week). Then I need to reboot the PCs. It didn't happen on

At startup, Win98se stops and tells me it is testing XMS
memory (using himen.sys?). After completing, it then
tells me himen.sys is missing and tells me to restart. I

My home Pc has picked up the Opas worm, not sure how, got thru Norton but it
did, anyway I've run the removal tool from Norton, applied a patch from MS
exactly as instructed, BUT it's still there. On restart I get an error
