When I put a cd into my drive a blue screen appears and I
get an error message. THen, my computer freezes and I have

I am going to set up a dual boot system--win98SE and XP. Win98 needs to be
within 2GB? Must it be first? What is the largest size a FAT32 partition can

W98se /soundmax digital audio.
On the volume control>stereo wide>advanced>advanced controls for stereo
wide>tone controls (treble/bass). These are always greyed-out, and therefore
un-useable. What's a boy to do?

This is what happened. First I put the main stuff in.
Then added the things that it needed. All of it worked
well. But after I put new parts in and what they needed is

Hi.
I have this same very problem. I've installed a second HD
in my AthlonXP clone. First booted to prompt (not in
windows mode) then used Fdisk to partition 2nd drive.

Hi there, I'd like to be able to bring stuff over a network either way
between an XP and a 98 machine, both have network ports, and are connected
together, and the XP signals its up and running as 98 boots up. So, I'm not
really into networks, what do I need to do to see a drive or ...
