Can anyone tell me what the file ressource DLL might be? On my Win 98se PC with an Athlon processor I get a pop up window that tells me...."Cannot initialize ressource DLL. Press OK to Exit" when I open various programs.

When my computer was starting up one morning a screen popped up and by moving the mouse I accidentally hit one of the buttons and didn't get to see what the screen was. Ever since then everything on my computer has been HUGE...

Have been getting alot of port scans reported on my Sygate firewall. All minor and all blocked. Got the firewall set to block everything in and out except IE and that is set only as a client.

How can I prevent someone else from using my computer when I'm not around? Windows Log On doesn't seem to do anything. That is, if somebody doesn't know the password when the machine starts up, they can just click "Cancel"
