All startup items cause an invalid page fault in mslib32.dll. I have disabled all config sys and autoexe. in msconfig. I reloaded windows to the same folder it was in. The computer starts and works properly in safe mode.

Everytime I connect online using my two local ISP, Philcom and Webgate, my PC either freezes some applications a few minutes thereafter and eventually crash, or my screen would just turn black and then shutdowns on its own.

My computer often hangs on shutdown. I have checked the bootlog file and it ends with "Terminate = win32" (which Trouble shooter tells me there is a 32 bit program blocking a thread). Can anyone help me fix this?
