I dont know what I have done but my computer has no sound. My speakers are fine. I cant hear any kind of sounds the computer usually makes nor can I hear the music I play whether web music or cd.

I know this is a long shot but I am going to get killed by my wife! I have deleted my whole photo album from the computer. I emptied the recycle bin and it is not there. Is there any way possible to restore these folders?
