Have a friend running Win '98 who changed her screen
resolution from 600x800 to something much higher.
Now, her screen is behaving strangly and I can't get it
back. Went in to 98 under safe mode but it defaults. As

I reinstalled Windows 98 on a machine, and now when I try
to run Internet Explorer, I get a message saying that
there is not enough memory to open it.  I can open
WordPad and things like that, but no Internet Explorer.

Anyone know what "actulice" is?  How do you get rid of
it?  I can't locate anywhere to uninstall.  I can't drag
it to the recycle bin.  It's making me crazy.  It's now
multiplied and show up two times on my computer screen as

I can't get my computer fully started.  I get the
following message and then it locks up after I press any

This does not happen every time, but I would like to correct, if

Within a few minutes of PC startup the screen will go blank.  No keys

Somebody using my computer accidentally sent some files
from the c:\windows\system folder to the recycle bin (but
did not empty the recycle bin).  As a result, Windows98
will not boot up and I can only get to a dos prompt.  Is

In Win98SE I am getting the message "no spare stack pages"
increase MinSPs in the Win.ini file. I have checked all
through the Win.ini file but cannot find any reference to

disk and the Windows 98 installation cd, the floppy runs
