I have a specific MS problem,paid $35 for telephone
support and have been on hold for over 23 minutes...my
problem, I cannot access a second America Online account,
AOL 9.0 because a message pops up "A requireed .DLL file,

I have of late been receiving "blue screen" Fatal
Exception errors, none of which are the same in nature, or
occur at a given time (such as start up, shut down, or
utilizing a certain program). On occassion, a blue screen

I tried all troubleshooting methods according to various
articles.  My system re-starts just fine.  It's the
shut-down I'm having problems with.  The screen just hangs
there in the "wait while windows shuts down" mode?

Lately my mouse sticks during internet startup and web
page changes. I have Norton Internet Security 2002 with
all recent updates. I've narrowed my problem to the
firewall, "Internt Security" part of the Norton program.

In the control panel/add/remove programs, after removing a
program. Sometimes, I get a "some files could not be
deleted, if these files are left in, the will not affect
your computer, and may be shared by other programs that

I have a problem at times "Booting-up" and "Sutting down"
and upon pressing CTL+ALT+DELETE I get the
message "Explorer (Not Responding".  This is a real PAIN.

When I start Solitaire, no cards appear. Only the green
screen, and the name at the top  is nothing but random
letters and symbols.  I can't close this program unless I
press Control- alt- delete.  This is the program for

I'm using Windows 98.  When I click on a PDF file on the
internet I get nothing?  Help?   Adobe works offline when
reading files from my documents... but will not 'turn on'
in windows.

safely deleted without harm to computer function?  I
attempted to delete some .exe files here and was warned by

In the last few days my computer has been freezing up
during and after it finishs loading all the programs.
I thought it was the Gamma on the video card so i restored
defualt no change i thought it was the Cd-rom checking for

BUT I CANT GET THIS BOX SAYING I HAVE TO RESTART INT/EXPL
OR TO SEND OR NOT SEND THEN IT COMES UP TO CLOSE AND MY
