I have an IBM 600e laptop (366 mhz, 160 ram) with win 98se. I created a startup disk using create disk in add/remove programmes. I then attempted to boot from floppy. When a:/> came up, I typed in win but instead of going into windows I got "CDR101: Not ready reading drive F".
