Lately everytime that I shutdown there is a fatal exception 0E. and the shut down stops till any key is pressed, then it will finish the shutdown. The exact message reads.....

What causes the CD tray to open about three seconds after turning on the PC? If I close the tray manually it reopens in three seconds.
