Windows 98 all of a sudden when it was turned on, began to
function as if it was being setup for the first time, and
is asking for the key code. It will not go into safe mode.

When I try to close down windows 98, I get a pop up window
stating:
SUCHOSTP
You must quit this program before you quit windows.

Lately everytime that I shutdown there is a fatal
exception 0E. and the shut down stops till any key is
pressed, then it will finish the shutdown. The exact
message reads.....

When trying to open my computer, internet explorer or the

What causes the CD tray to open about three seconds after
turning on the PC? If I close the tray manually it reopens
in three seconds.

Is it possible to know how to manually remove unnecesary entries accumulated
over the years from the Register?  Do any of the commercial products work?
