Norton has told me that my winlogon.exe is infected with the W32.Netsky.D@mm virus.  It has quaranteed it, but would not allow winlogon.exe to be deleted.  Norton could NOT clean the virus out of the file.  How can I replace the file and delete this infected one safely?  Thank ...

I have Windows 98 Plus.  When I try to defragment it
constantly goes a couple of % and then it says something
about Drive C found content changes - restarting.
