Windows 98 shutdown after installing McAffee Virus scan. It kept rebooting many times, but windows would not load. I've tried my to start Windows 98 from my backup disk, but it always starts in DOS & I don't know the DOS commands.

I have Windows 98SE and my system clock displays in military time. I have gone into control panel settings and changed it many times, but it changes back to military time on reboot. Any ideas how to fix this???
