HI, I need to know how to enable java script on my browser?

How do I recover the recycle bin icon to the desktop if it
has been deleted?

It all started when I was deleting programs from my
computer and puting them in the recycle bin. I don't know
much about computers so now, the computer when your going
to turn it on the monitor is black and a couple of words

Yep, I still use plain IE5 as it came with 98SE.  (Not my browser of first
choice, but some sites seem to dislike Nutscrape).

PartitionMagic 8.0 messed up some startup files when
repartitioniong my disk.  I was using it to remove a Suse
Linux partition and its dual boot manager from my disk.  
Their support tried to talk me through the fix, charging

message "VFAT Device Initialization Failed"
       A device or resource required by VFAT is not
present or is unavailable. VFAT cannot continue loading.

Sometimes I find the need to permanently delete files without sending
them to the Recycle Bin.
Is it possible to permanently delete files w/o changing the setting in
the Recycle Bin properties?
