I have always been making new folders without any problems
but for some reason the "New" function under "File" on the
Menu bar has dissappeared. Rebooting and changing views
etc.. doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions as it was

During a spyware check I had a file removed from my hard
drive. CNSMINKP.VXD is now missing. Could you please send
to me as an attachment.

the "Open with" dialog box, that is not a Zip program.
Window98 has attached the shortcut icon to all my zip
files. When I double click on the zip files Windos98 opens

I was able to upgrade from 98 to 98SE using a 98 upgrade
disk with key. Everthing is working fine but after I
finshed the install in ended up with an SETUP MSN ACCESS
icon on my desk top I can't delete it. I have tried
