Whenever I start Win98SE, the Start Menu displays "Log Off..." , exactly like this, without showing a user name, only 3 dots. This "nameless" account is apparently the default as it comes up this way at each start

I wasn't sure where I could ask this but, I reformatted my computer. It has Windows 98 second edition. After the format, I tried to install it again. It all worked, but after windows loaded, it was in the lowest resolution
