when I swicth my computer on this message appears: error loading the C:\program~\netdot~\rundll files, the files however are located in this directory. Can this be a cause for the internet explorer not openning?

I have a problem changing the refresh rate I change my refresh rate in the adapter tab but there is no effect an there is no attribute tab in the display property this happen just in win98 there is no problem in xp

When I put the computer on I get a blank screen. Sometimes it takes as many as 5 tries to get the computer to run.Once it is up and running I don't seem to have any problems.

i have the latest drivers and it installed just fine there is not a problem in the installation and i know how to chang refresh rate but there is a known problem in ati radeon drivers serie when i change the refresh rate there is no effect
