Just bought a second-hand Laptop which has Windows 98
installed however when you turn the system on it tries to
boot from disk then returns you to DOS page - what
command do I need to type to boot up??

The clock on my six year old Compaq Presrio (Windows 98) is losing time at
about 2 or 3 minutes/hour.  Is this a hardware or software problem?

can someone help me with my fddrive. my board cannot detect it. may i ask if
there are different types of fdd slots because i noticed that my board has
less no of pins (hope u understand) as compared with other motherboards. or
is it the cable that causes the problem. please help!

Hi All: Don't know why but all of a sudden when I right
click on any file in windows explorer to get info I get an
error message and it kills my PC. The message is "Failed to
load product info file"

I've been running a couple of spyware programs that

Hello, I'm having 2 problems;
1) The computer just goes blank when I try to restart it
and I always have to reboot it.
