I am still with 98 SE.  Does anyone know if it is possible
to enable Hebrew -- for instance, to be able to type e-
mails and such in Hebrew?

How do you use long filenames (Ex. C:\yoursandmine)and
spaces (Ex. C:\My Folder) in batch files?  I am attempting
to extract files from a .cab with the extract command.

Windows 98, 400mHz computer. When I turn on the computer,
it doesn't load windows. Instead, it shows a:/ prompt  

There's a program called c:\windows\scanregw.exe /autorun (ScanRegistry)
that's listed under startup programs in Msconfig.
I don't remember seeing this before, what is it? Is it needed?

disc - which i did, it said file not found, so i skipped this and then it
tried to find gm16.dls, wmdmaud.drv,portcls.sys, and could not, so at this

When I try to open My Computer either by double clicking or right click > open or selecting Start>Settings>Control Panel, MSWord opens.  I can't delete the shortcut icon and redo it because its part of the OS.  Any ideas?

Upon startup, windows reports a RUNDLL error as follows;
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\HE3E3FC4.DLL
The system cannot find the file specified.
I've opened the msconfig and have made sure that this IS checked. This does not resolve the problem. I've searched support for this DLL ...

When I start to defrag my drive in Windows 98.  The window

Anyone got any ideas how I can get my new DVD drive to
recognise the discs....Windows 98SE only picks up the disc
as 1.99Gb Audio Disc not 4.7GB....Have used DVD +/-...This
causes a problem when trying to make my DVDs.
