Please help, for the last 3 days my desktop has shrunk into the middle of my
monitor screen.

I have been having a problem with my e mail.  Whenever I
get an email with an attachment OE removes the attachment
and I can't get the email .  I get nothing but a blank
page.  Please let me know what I can do about this because

I PLAYED A GAME IN DOS. WHEN I EXITED THE CAME AND TRIED
TO RETURN TO WINDOWS, IT KEEPS GOING BACK TO DOS.  HAVE
TRIED TO REBOOT AND HAVE SHUT RIGHT DOWN AND WHEN IT COMES

My scanner programs do not recognize my USB scanner (both a Canon and HP scanner have this problem).  The scanners seem to be in the system: when I look at the Device Manager (from SYSTEM in the control panel), the scanner is there, and its "properties" claim it is "working ...

my right-left scroll bar has disappeared, and the up-down scroll bar stops before the end of the frame/page/web site is at an end. <end> does not work, nor <control,tab,F6, <alt, right/left arrow either. gods, please bring back my scroll bar!

Every time i go into shutdown the pc just hangs so i have
to switch it off on the tower. Therefore every time i
start up it goes through the file check system. But i
tried it in safe mode and it shuts down normally and boots

I have to ctrl,alt & delete. a display screen comes up and
lets me know that msqsrv32 (not responding). What is this

What is the best way to transfer my OS(win98) to a new hard drive.I figure
to connect the new HD ,set up new drive letters then I am lost as to the
