When I go to <run> in the start menu and type regedit, It says Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator. This is on my home computer and everyone in the family uses the same login; there is no administrator.

Lot of my apps want internet access upon windows boot. As a result the dialup dialogue comes up about the same time as windows logon. If the dialup connection is established and logged on prior to windows desktop opening screen is visible, the dialup is not visible in the system ...
