Last night while I was using my scanner & copier, down at
the bottom of the task bar where it shows what application
you are using, such as Internet Explorer, a button popped
up with a little picture of a train and it said:

From what I can tell, after I finish installing from CD an
icon called Removable Disk should appear in My Comptuer.
Well, there is no such thing although I've installed,
uninstalled, reinstalled the Dazzle program.  The only items

Everytime I try to open  the help menu I get this
message:Cannot open the file %systemroot%\help\window.chm
How can I fix this problem?

No, I am not a doofis.  When I open a folder and go to the
file menu, there is no option to create a new folder (or a
new anything).  Ditto for right clicking.  Ditto for
windows explorer.  It was not always like this.

I had downloaded ATT's accelerator but did not find any improvement in the
download speed, also my McAfee background scanning would get disabled at

During boot up, my relatively new Philips CD/RW drive (about 1 yr old) is
sometimes there but more often not.  If I watch the boot up commands, many
times it displays "No CD drive found" when it runs the config.sys and
autoexec.bat files.  After it finishes the normal boot up cycle, ...
