Is there some way to find out when certain documents in my computer were last
read? Thanks for any help.

I have a fairly clean, recent install of Win98SE. I have installed some
security programs...AdAware, BHODemon, Avast, RegClean, and updated to all
the latest IE6 and Win98 critical updates, driver update for IntelPro100 and
.net Framework and Media Player 9.

I visited a travel site recently and it said that I needed to download
