hello i rebooted the pc and the task bar disappears after startup. i
tried restoring the explorer.exe changing the shell= in system.ini but
i have the same problems any ideas?

I am unable to access sign-in or registration pages. I
have already cleared the cache, and made sure that scripts
are enabled. I even tried renaming "hosts" to "xhosts".

I installed the mvps hosts file quite a while ago.  You said
in one post that it updated weekly, but I'm not clear on the
concept... does it update automatically or do I do it
