For a while I have to use my computer in a room that gets pretty dusty. Is there anything I can to to prevent lots of dust from getting inside my mini-tower? I run Windows 98SE.

The System Clock in the lower right hand corner of my Windows 98 taskbar always displayed the date with the day of the week, like "Sunday August 15 2004". Now, for some reason, it just displays, "August 15 2004".

Scan disk somehow renamed a bunch of long file names it didn't like (mostly mp3s - wiping out the mp3 tags that ID the songs). It renamed them FILE**.CHK. My question is - is there any way to retrieve the original file names ?? Scandisk.log doesn't even show that this happened.
