I'm running WIN98SE and am having trouble trying to create CD/RW's. I
tried to use Roxio's Directcd but it doesn't like my cd drive and won't
install. Does anyone know another way to format them?

Since removing Norton Systemworks that included control of my Recycle
bin, when I try to double click on the Recycle Bin Shortcut I get the
message: "Windows cannot find Program.exe. This program is needed for
