I am trying to install some drivers for this ram stick. Its 256Mb, and the

Does anyone know how to, or where to find detailed
instructions for removing windows 98 and then reinstalling
it?  Is this called reformatting, or is that something

I have a PIII 450 MHz running 192MB Ram and 20GB hard
drive with 8GB free.  My problem is that the machine
freezes up after just a few minutes of internet activity.  
I have run NAV, Spybot, Adaware and found no problems.  I

My internet explorer is so slow and I also have aol which
is even slower.  I am on cable modem, so it should be
faster.  I have gone through the normal "cleaning" mode,
but with no help.  The websites just take so long to open.
