Several years ago, I download LViewpro's freebie software,
it enables you to resize pictures (jpeg and giff files).  
It's become a bother to constantly see a count down on a
21 day trial, up 839 days!!  So, I went in and uninstalled

I have WIn 98 and i cant change the display settings to 16
Bit High Definition..the option isnt even available..the
most it has is 16 colors
