When I create and name a new folder it defaults to only
capitalizing the first letter.  "NFL" becomes "Nfl".  The
former is a lot clearer.

It's not that I don't know how to make them, I can't
anymore. When I right-click in WE the new menu doesn't
come up anymore, It's not even in the File menu. Anyone
got a clue on how to fix this without having to reinstall?
