   Early tonight I uninstalled Norton Anti-Vrus (NAV)
2003, and downloaded NAV 2004. During the installation
process, it pre-scanned my PC and found three infected
files.  Both C:\WINDOWS\ICQPro.dll and C:Printfac\

i have in advertantly deleted the temp folder so no web
pages are being kept (temp internet pages)ne 1 know how to
restore these or re install?

This bears entirely on use of MSN powers, but I can't find
the pertinent "Help" button in that bailiwick and I keep

Taskbar icons just diaappeared after the pc boots up at
the windows98 screen, all i see is the arrow but no
icons, what cai i do to get my icons back.

I have similar problems with the screen being enlarged to
the point I can not work normally. I have followed other
suggestions to go to the COntrol Panel, select Display,
then select Setting and move the screen area slider to the

Two issues:
1.  Very frequently on reboot my pc tells me it cannot
find the mouse.  Frequently takes 2 - 3 reboots
