Recently, QuickTime has been appearing in the tool bar when I boot up - it never used to. How do I prevent this so I don't have to exit the program each time I boot up? Thanks in advance - John.

I am getting a message when 98 boots up,about a missing system.ini file associated w/mrtrate.vxd. Went to the MS website and they said I had to reinstall Quicken/2000.I do not have have that app on my drive.
