I have Norton System Works 2002 (bought in 2003) and in April (2004) updated
my antivirus via symantec's site and haven't been able to scan computer
since. Also found in quarentine, a file called photo1.JPG.src. Tried to
repair and results said could not repair, also symantec ...

While on the phone with my internet provider tech support
(my bell sympatico internet provider which I have had for
for 4 years will make a connection but will not transmit
bytes back and forth) I was asked to type "route print"

Hi - It appears my Registry is "too big" to run scanreg /fix  (8.9MB).
Is there any way to trim it?  I already did a scanreg /opt  
EasyCleaner identifed 330 "unneeded" entries, but I'm a little scared to
try it, as if it gets one wrong it may be weeks before I know.

This may seem like a silly question, but for some reason I
don't have the "new" option under my File tab anymore to
create new folders. It was there yesterday. Any
suggestions on how to create folders again? Thanks.

I discovered, 7 days late, that the date on my clock had
been set to the year 2023. Norton and Zone Alarm requested
renewal and when I set the clock back to the proper date

Hi, I've recently discover that my "new" commands our
missing from tthe file menu in windows explorer.  It a
bummer.  I can't create any folders on my drive.  I had to
put a shortcut to winfile just to be able to add folders.
