Under Windows 98 (not SE), when the scrollbar is used on larger web pages, regardless of the browser used (i.e. IE or Netscape), the entire system will lock up and not even CTRL-ALT-DEL will help - power-down becomes necessary.

Can anyone tell me how, if it's possible, to move the folder C:\WINDOWS\TEMP permanently to another partition? That's the folder and not just the files within it (which I know can be deleted).
