Can't upgrade to XP from Italian language version of W98!23 Sep 2004 22:42 GMT1
I've just bought XP upgrade (English language edition)
from W98, but I can't install it as my W98 is an Italian
language edition!!!   What on earth do I do? I had no idea
this would be a problem! Do I now have to go out and buy

Every time I restart/reboot my computer, the clock resets
itself backwards 20-25 minutes.  We are networked, but all
the other computers have the correct time.  It doesn't
seem to be a battery problem because it happens in the

    Can't find it right now but there was a post response a short while
back that mentioned the free Avast AV program. Thought I'd give it a try and
downloaded it and registered. Used it a few days and just un-installed.

I am having trouble installing drivers for my Minolta
Dimage Z1 digital camera. The camera is not detected by PNP
and when I try to install new hardware and direct it to the
folder where the drivers are (on the supplied CDROM) it
