My IE browser keeps locking up and then restarts my
computer. This only happens when i use my browser on-line.
I can use everything else including my chat services but
when I use IE it is locking up or freezing my computer and

I went to webshots and found 2 or 3 pictures I'd like to
use as wallpaper. But I don't want to download any
pictures from webshots. I was told that doing so would
put spyware on my computer.

How worried should I be? How do I check what is lost?
Should I just let disk cleanup erase it?

My dad has an old laptop running win98. Whenever it boots

i am working on a project in VB that tweak windows 98.
when i make some changes to registry, the changes are not
visible even after restart while i have seen some product
like winboost which shows the changes without restarting

How do i reinstall internet explore? I am a beginner. But would like to get
