has anyone come across this:-
"A Fatal Exception Error OE has ocurred at 0028:Co2A27A8
in Vxd VWin32 (05) 000012DO.  Usually occurs at shut-down
and seems to be associated with Outlook Express.   Tried
VXD VWIN(05) + 00012DO21 Sep 2004 20:13 GMT1
FREQUENTLY, AN ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS WHEN STARTING OR RE-
STARTING W98SE.  THIS MESSAGE APPEARS:
A FATAL EXCEPTION OE HAS OCCURRED AT0028:CO2A27A8 IN VXD
VWIN32(05) + 000012D0

I don't even know which discussion group I need, but I am
absolutely at my wit's end.  When I try to run a video or
audio from the internet, I get the dreaded blue screen
with the fatal error and then I get this error message:  
Can't find win32k.sys21 Sep 2004 19:32 GMT2
I tryed to upgrade to WindowsXP and it said it couldn't
find win32k.sys, so it couldn't load.
I put my window98se into D drive and must not have had it
in correctly and it shattered. Now what do I do?

Can anyone help when I try and write a CD an error message
appears saying two recorders are being accesssed. I
reinstalled the software but the same problem.

I use Windows98 and when I start the computer I get the
folowing error.
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module
EXPLORER.EXE at 019f:00401f31.

Receive this message whenever I attempt to access 2nd or
3rd level programmes. That is, if I am on Amazon trying to
pay my account, this message pops up. I am unable to log
onto any system without this msg interferring.

I had the same problem as James (Sept 19th 10.54am)
number of colours and screen resolution 'stuck'.
I looked at the PC, the books/disks/manuals that came
with it it, visited the Intel website, gathered the

edition 9.0 on my win98 clients it says something
like "Update your root certificate"?

i need help? i lost all shortcuts from the desktop, they
all turned into .lnk files with windows icon. how do i
change this? i got infected with w95  sapce virus and some
backdoor trojan. i did run setup again but still the same.
